Maruman Corporation has a policy of continuous product improvement. Customers should note that products and prices descript on this catalog are subject to changes without notice.

Product coding system

When placing your purchase orders, please use our item numbers (also for colors). This will speed up the process of your requirements and facilitate accurate interpretation and delivery.

Minimum order value

Orders below FOB Japan JPY300,000 (or equivalent value of US dollar or Euro) charge JPY 20,000 per shipment.

Minimum order quantity

Every product is subject to a multiple order quantity (carton unit). Any orders for less than the multiple order quantity will be automatically increased to the standard quantity.

Damage/shortage in transit

Before claiming to us for damage or shortage, please check the Bill of Lading. Claims will be accepted only if the notification is made within 10 days from receipt of the products. If the Bill of Lading is clean on board, please notify the local insurer immediately.

Ownership

Property and ownership of all invoiced products remain the property of Maruman Corporation until the purchaser has made full payment of their purchase order.

Shipping

All shipments will be made through carries and agents or our choice unless a specific route is requested by the customer. While attempts to adhere to customers request are being done, we reserve the right to nominate our own carries at any time.

Return of goods

Goods return will not be accepted excepting those that show obvious defects.
